 What is holistic health ?

 

Holistic health means that our body mind and spirit are one , and equally important to consider  when we wish to achieve optimal health and balance in life.

As a holistic health practitioner I aim to treat the origin of disease rather than just masking symptoms and providing temporary pain relief.

 

There are many factors that impacts our health , such as :
diet, posture, state of mind, stress, past traumas, climate, home environment, toxins, sexual health, life purpose.

 

We all have our own individual blend of these components in life and it will affect us differently , this is why it is impossible to have a one -treatment-fits all approach  in the holistic health world.

This is also what makes it so interesting and it requires you as a client to take an active role in your journey to health and to  work together with me as a team.

And remember, prevention is the best cure! Make healthy changes to your life before any symptoms occur and have treatments even when you feel great to maintain your good energy.
