I’m Åsa, a fully qualified acupuncturist with many years of experience supporting women and men  through fertility journeys, hormonal imbalances, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you're navigating IVF, struggling with anxiety, addiction or simply want a deeper sense of calm, this space is for you

 

​ Acupuncture is the heart of my work , it is so much more than needles. it is  a gentle, powerful way to restore harmony in your body, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

 

​My practice includes:

• Acupuncture for emotional wellbeing, reproductive health, and hormonal balance

• Reflexology to stimulate healing through the feet and rebalance the body

• Cupping therapy to release stagnation and promote circulation

• Energy healing to clear emotional blockages and restore inner harmony

 

 I offer home visits across the Costa del Sol and work from selected clinics.
